A Look At How The Drought Could Impact Mass. Long-Term

The U.S. drought monitor says 17 percent of Massachusetts is experiencing extreme drought conditions, with another 55 percent in severe drought. More than half of the cities and towns here have imposed water restrictions. WBUR meteorologist David Epstein joined WBUR's Morning Edition to discuss what kind of long-term impact these conditions could have on the state.
