Sellers Turn to Unique Incentives To Entice Buyers

Across the U.S. more and more housing sellers are trying to stump the slump by offering incentives to attract potential buyers. the incentives could include free closing costs, cooking classes, cars, or vacations.

In Holliston, Mark and Marge Cohen who have have been trying to sell their three-bedroom ranch since August for $386.000 are looking for help from cupid.

This week they started offering: a $5,000 wedding check to the couple who buys their house.
