Travaglini Pushes Scaled-Down Healthcare Plan

On Beacon Hill today, Senate President Robert Travaglini is pushing a plan aimed at preserving federal funds for healthcare. Travaglini say it is an interim measure that is apart from the currently strained negotiations over how to expand access to healthcare coverage in Massachusetts.
