Romney Blames Bechtel for Big Dig Woes
Commuters are getting a break in Boston this morning after the reopening of an eastbound Big Dig ramp. It's been closed since soon after the fatal ceiling collapse in the I-90 Connector last month.
When Governor Mitt Romney announced the reopening, he blamed the Big Dig's overseer, Bechtel Parsons/Brinckerhoff, for the problems in the project.
