Gay Marriage Returns to SJC
The issue of gay marriage is headed back to the state's highest court. A justice of the Supreme Judicial Court yesterday sent a lawsuit led by Governor Mitt Romney to the court's full bench, where it will be heard later this month.
Romney, as a private citizen, is joined by 10 other people who are trying to convince the SJC to force the legislature to vote on a ballot initiative that seeks to ban same sex marriage. WBUR's Fred Thys explains.
