It's not just voters in Texas and Ohio who are casting ballots in what could be decisive primaries today.
Two New England states — Vermont and Rhode Island — also hold votes on what was once billed as New England Primary Day.
In Rhode Island, a state that's used to being overlooked in national elections, that has meant far more attention than in past presidential primary contests.
