Gov. Baker Puts Forth Plan To Overhaul MassHealth By Checking Employer Coverage

On Tuesday, the Baker administration released a proposal for a major overhaul of MassHealth, the program that provides health coverage to more than a quarter of the state's residents. One of the issues with the program is that MassHealth is nearly 40 percent of the state's budget.
