Healey Leads Challenge Against Education Department On Student Loan Policies

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is leading a new legal challenge against the Trump administration over student loan policies.

A suit filed Thursday by Massachusetts and 17 other states claims U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos has wrongly stopped the implementation of new rules designed to make it easier for students misled by some schools' marketing claims to have loans forgiven.
