Marine Convicted In Death Of Emerson College Student

A Marine has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of an Emerson College student, the U.S. Marines said.

Lance Corporal Samuel London was convicted by a military court last week in the death of 19-year-old Daniel Hollis.

Hollis died from severe head trauma after what police said was a fight in Allston in 2019.

London was sentenced to five years in prison and a dishonorable discharge without pay.
