PJ O'ROURKE: Well, on the toilet.

SAGAL: Yes, in the bathroom.

SAGAL: Chances are, ladies and gentleman - it's bad news. Chances are your coworker is not really talking to you from in front of a waterfall.

(SOUNDBITE OF LAUGHTER)

SAGAL: According to this new survey, three-fourths of Americans with cell phones admit to using them in the bathroom and the other fourth are lying.

(SOUNDBITE OF LAUGHTER)

SAGAL: And it's useful, you know, you want to be able to order the air freshener online as you think of it.

(SOUNDBITE OF LAUGHTER)

FAITH SALIE: How do you not? How do you not?

O'ROURKE: How do you not? You turn the damn thing off before you go in there is how do you not.

(SOUNDBITE OF LAUGHTER)

O'ROURKE: I don't know, the first that this - you know, I mean it never occurred to me that anyone would use a cell phone in the bathroom. And I'm in LaGuardia and I'm washing my hands and I hear, from inside a stall, I hear, "I love you."

O'ROURKE: You know...

CHARLIE PIERCE: For sentimental reasons...
