Bob Orozco, 89, leads his fitness class at the YMCA in Laguna Niguel, Calif. He teaches 11 classes each week at the facility. Orozco may be an outlier, still working at 89, but statistics show that there may be more people like him in the near future. About 1 in 4 adults age 65 and older is now in the workforce.
