Change was all over in Washington this week. There was a big new gavel in the House,  a new Speaker – John Boehner, leading a new Republican majority.  And they're taking a running start at trying to roll back the Obama agenda, starting with health care.

There was big change at the White House, too, with a new team under the president. The  son of Chicago’s Boss Daley – former investment banker William Daley -  in charge as chief of staff.

We’ve got a raunchy Navy captain out on his ear; an unnerving assassination in Pakistan; and Goldman Sachs taking a bite out of Facebook.

Our weekly news roundtable goes behind the headlines.
