Change is hard for many children, whether it's starting school, switching after school snacks, or hearing there's going to be a new president.

For many children, President Obama was the only president they have ever known. A few viral videos show just how hard the transition can be. In a video from February, a grandmother from Birmingham, Alabama tries to soothe her 6 year old granddaughter after her granddaughter finds out that President Obama must leave office.

We talk to a therapist about how to talk to kids about President-elect Trump and the transition.

Guest

Jennifer Tsappis, licensed clinical social worker in Beverly.

This segment aired on November 11, 2016.
