Claims Of Bias In The Massachusetts State Police Force

Although the ranks of New England's largest police force have become more diverse over the past decade, 90 percent of the Massachusetts State Police force is white men. And according to some current and former troopers, the workplace culture within the barracks is hostile and discriminatory to women and minorities.

That was the focus of an investigation of the Massachusetts State Police published in Sunday's Boston Globe.
