AG Healey Challenges Court Ruling Over Releasing Mug Shots

State Attorney General Maura Healey and Boston officials are appealing a court ruling that would have made it easier to get information about people, particularly public officials accused of crimes.

A statement from Healey's office says the case is not just about public officials and that the appeal is to ensure that privacy protections apply equally to everyone.
