The office of Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey has filed a brief with the Supreme Judicial Court that details the steps her office will take to address the prosecutorial misconduct committed by two former assistant attorneys general. The misconduct, which took place under Healey's predecessor Martha Coakley, dealt with the investigation into disgraced drug lab chemist Sonja Farak. Healey's proposed reforms come as litigation involving the Amherst drug lab scandal is still ongoing.
