Tiffani Faison, 2018 James Beard Finalist, On Kitchen Culture After #MeToo

The 2018 James Beard Awards will be taking place on May 7 in Chicago. This year, the James Beard Foundation, for the first time ever, mandated that the nominees for the Awards must exemplify respect, diversity, and equality and included more female nominees than ever.
