Inspector General Report Finds Comey 'Insubordinate' In Handling Of Clinton Investigation

A report released today by the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General found that former FBI Director James Comey acted outside the procedural norms of the FBI and the DOJ while conducting the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server.

The report also found no evidence of political bias in the FBI's handling of the case.
