Trump Immigration Policy 'A National Disgrace,' R.I. Rep. Says

The Trump administration's zero tolerance immigration policy has resulted in thousands of children being separated from their parents.

Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline visited multiple ICE facilities in Texas over the weekend and called the policy a "national disgrace."
