Retired federal judge and WBUR legal analyst Nancy Gertner responds to the latest comments from Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney, who said Monday that "collusion is not a crime."

She also weighs in on the controversial TSA surveillance program "Quiet Skies," and Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe's admission his office mishandled a DUI case involving a man who had previously been held on charges relating to a 2015 murder. That man, authorities say, is responsible for a head-on crash in Cotuit Saturday that killed the man himself and a new dad.

Guest

Nancy Gertner, retired federal judge, senior lecturer at Harvard Law School, and WBUR legal analyst. She tweets @ngertner.
