Boston Police Commissioner Michael Cox joins us to talk about how he's approaching the latest incidents of violence in the city and the role his department will play in addressing the entrenched homelessness and drug use at the area around Massachusetts Avenue and Melnea Cass Boulevard, known as "Mass. and Cass." Plus, he addresses staff training and requirements for the Boston police officers. Then, we hear from a panel of experts about the state of policing in the city.
