Boston's public school district has announced a major overhaul to its special education program as part of plans to avoid a takeover from the state.

BPS will now move toward bringing special education students into general education classrooms full time. But not all parents and teachers feel the district has taken their concerns into account.

Boston Globe reporter Deanna Pan joins the show to break down the city's plan for special education.
