New Bedford is booming. But who's benefiting?

New Bedford is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in all of Massachusetts. Housing prices are soaring and could rise even more when the planned South Coast commuter rail line finally starts running trains back and forth to Boston.

Now, longtime residents feel like they're being pushed out by developers and rapidly rising costs.
