Since the Supreme Court effectively ended affirmative action for colleges and universities earlier this year, workplaces have become the new target for conservative activists.

Some Boston companies that are still seeking to promote diversity, equity and inclusion are re-thinking their initiatives to avoid legal challenges.

Boston Globe reporter Aaron Pressman and Lawrence Alexander, a Dartmouth-based diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategist, join the latest Tech Talk.
