Generation Stuck

WBUR is looking for young people for a radio/web series we’re creating to illustrate the realities of life as a 20-something in the wake of the most sustained economic downturn since the Great Depression.

Are you between the ages of 23-29 and feel you’re not where you’re supposed to be in life? Perhaps you’ve found that the “American Dream” is drastically different than what you expected. I’m 26. I went through grad school and took out 100k in loans. Then I joined the military as an officer and they paid it all off. I have a lot of disposable income that I use to travel. I’m also starting up my own business.

I don’t believe in the American Dream (marriage, children, house, etc) and never wanted it. Go figure that I’m one of the few of my generation that can actually afford it. :p
