Barney Frank Discusses Supreme Court's Same-Sex Marriage Ruling

After the landmark 2003 ruling that would make same-sex marriage legal in Massachusetts, former Rep. Barney Frank began to strategize. He wanted gay marriage to be the law of the land, but he knew a lot of Americans would have to come around to the idea.
