Senate Passes Repeal Of Planned CFPB Rule

In a 51-50 vote Tuesday night, the Senate repealed an Obama-era rule that makes it easier for consumers to engage in class-action lawsuits against financial institutions. Opponents of the rule say that it was overreach on the part of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
