Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor appears in court Wednesday, facing charges of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Noor shot and killed an unarmed Australian woman, Justine Ruszczyk Damond, who had called police to report what she thought sounded like a woman in distress behind her home in Minneapolis last July.
