Four years ago Saturday, a bomb exploded at the Manchester Arena after an Ariana Grande concert. Twenty-two people were killed and hundreds were injured.

A new investigation suggests a network of Libyan drug dealers could be connected to the bomber, Salman Abedi, who died in the attack. His brother is the only person convicted in the bombing.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd speaks with David Collins, Northern editor at the Times of London who has been digging into this case.

This segment aired on May 21, 2021.
