Former City Council President Expects 'Good Ground Game' From Jackson In Boston Mayoral Race

The mayoral race in Boston is about to begin in earnest. It was widely expected, and now confirmed: City Councilor Tito Jackson, of Roxbury, will challenge Mayor Marty Walsh in this fall's election.

Attorney and former Boston City Council President Larry DiCara joined Morning Edition to help us size up the race.
