He announced senior staff and communications appointments yesterday. Meanwhile, legislators on Beacon Hill are waiting to get a sense of Patrick's legislative agenda while they prepare to wrap up their current session with the Constitutional Convention on January 2nd. Senate President Robert Travaglini will preside over that convention.
