BOSTON, Mass. - July 27, 2007 - We've all heard about the recording industry going after Napster and iTunes and people who share copyrighted music.

Now a national composers' association is pursuing royalties from the old New England tradition of summer bandstand concerts. WBUR's Lara Farrar reports.


Here are some of this summer's outdoor bandstand concerts:

Boston

6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on these Thursdays:
