US and Iranian delegations leave Pakistan after talks end without agreement

U.S. Vice President JD Vance says negotiations between the United States and Iran ended without a deal after the Iranians refused to accept American terms to not develop a nuclear weapon. Vance said the high-stakes talks in Pakistan ended after 21 hours. He said he was in constant communication President Donald Trump and others in the administration.
