BOSTON, Mass. - April 01, 2008 - Drivers will be navigating more than the roads, starting today.

Auto insurance rates are now deregulated in Massachusetts, as the state moves to "managed competition."

But with more coverage options available, the insurance system may be challenging.

Massachusetts' Insurance Commissioner Nonnie Burnes joins WBUR's Bob Oakes to help guide us through the shift.
