Celtics Advance to Finals

BOSTON, Mass. - May 19, 2008 - The Boston Celtics will now face the Detroit Pistons in the
NBA Eastern Conference finals. That series tips off on Tuesday.

The Celtics won their place in the finals with a 97-92 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 7 of the semifinals on Sunday in Boston.

For a look at that game and the series ahead, WBUR's Bob Oakes passes the ball to Boston Globe sports writer, Shira Springer.
