Latest North Korea Missile Launch Causes Jitters In Japan

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe called the North Korean missile that flew over his country early Tuesday morning "an unprecedented threat." The missile flew over the northern island of Hokkaido, setting off alarms, before it crashed into the northern Pacific Ocean.
