A federal appeals court is saying "no" to Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals today refused to reconsider an earlier ruling that upheld Brady's four-game suspension for allegedly using deflated footballs during a playoff game.

Mike Reiss, who covers the Patriots for ESPNBoston.com, joined All Things Considered's Jack Lepiarz to talk about the decision.

This segment aired on July 13, 2016.
