Consider This: What Happened To Moses Harris?

The body of Moses Harris, a young Black man who went missing in Lowell last December, has turned up in the Merrimack River.

Police say they lost Harris during a foot chase nearly four months ago.

But the discovery of his body is prompting Harris’ family to seek an outside investigation into what happened that night.
