Consider This: 'Girl Talk' challenges perceptions of girls’ voices in Massachusetts high school debate

The Independent Film Festival Boston is underway with screenings at the Somerville, Brattle and Coolidge Corner Theaters, and at WBUR’s CitySpace.

On Sunday, local documentary director Lucia Small premieres her film "Girl Talk," exploring "the cutthroat, male-dominated world of high school debate, where tomorrow’s leaders are groomed."
