Neil Richards is the Koch Distinguished Professor in Law at Washington University in St. Louis, where he teaches courses on privacy and technology and directs the Cordell Institute. He is the author of "Why Privacy Matters" and "Intellectual Privacy: Rethinking Civil Liberties for the Digital Age."
