Ashley Stanley founded Lovin' Spoonfuls in 2010. Since then, she and her team have distributed more than 1.5 million pounds of fresh, healthy food to those in need. She also is a member of Boston's food policy task force and one of Oxfam International's Sisters of the Planet Ambassadors.
