Deb Taylor is chief operating officer at WBUR. She has deep experience in strategic business planning, tech governance, finance and analysis. Before joining WBUR, Deb was Head of Strategy, Consumer Lending, National at Citizens Financial Group. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Taylor Corporation and Liberty Mutual.

Deb holds a master’s degree in business from the University of New Hampshire and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin Pierce College.
