Hilary Gillcrist is the Corporate Membership Manager at WBUR. She joined the station in April 2025 to help grow institutional support for public radio through strategic corporate partnerships. In her role, she works closely with both business and development teams to connect mission-aligned organizations with WBUR's listeners and values.
Before joining WBUR, Hilary led corporate engagement and advancement efforts at a Boston-based nonprofit focused on education and workforce development. Her background includes experience in marketing, business development, and operations at mission-driven organizations across Greater Boston, with time spent in biotech, education, and hospitality. Hilary holds an MBA from UMass Amherst and a BFA in graphic design and technology from Emmanuel College. A Massachusetts native and longtime Bostonian, she loves traveling (especially to Europe and any coastal town), watercolor painting, and high-intensity workouts that balance out her devotion to pastry.
