Dr. Jeremy S. Faust is an attending physician in the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Department of Emergency Medicine in the Division of Health Policy and Public Health and is an instructor at Harvard Medical School. His writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Scientific American, Slate, Mother Jones, Undark, and peer-reviewed journals, including JAMA, JAMA Internal Medicine, The BMJ and The Annals of Emergency Medicine. He is also editor-in-chief of Brief19.com, a daily roundup of COVID-19 research and policy written by doctors but for the general public.
