Jon Carter is a lawyer and the Model Legislation Fellow at the Boston University Center for Antiracist Research. Before joining the Center, he gained experience in several legislative settings from the local level to the federal level, received his B.A. in Philosophy and Government from UT-Austin, and his law degree from GW Law School. Jon is also an Army combat veteran.
