Justin B. Hollander is a professor in the department of urban and environmental policy and planning at Tufts University and co-author of “Urban Social Listening: Potential and pitfalls for using microblogging data in studying cities,” along with six other books about urban planning and design. He also directs the Tufts post-master’s certificate of advanced graduate study (C.A.G.S.) in urban justice and sustainability.
