Keli Trejo was the Director of Talent & Culture at WBUR.

Keli Trejo is a coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker, and was previously the founder and lead consultant at Rising Mountain Studio, an Organizational Development and Executive Coaching practice. She has worked across all industries making good change happen with individuals, teams, and organizations.  She is an expert in unpacking organizational dynamics and setting forth a path to create positive changes.

As both an optimist and a pragmatist, Keli brings over 25 years of experience walking alongside leaders, teams, and organizations that are experiencing disruptions and shifts requiring new ways of approaching their work.  She brings this direct experience—and her expertise in leadership behavior, organizational behavior, power dynamics, change management, and employee engagement—to her work with clients.

Keli combines a decade of independent coaching and consulting with almost two decades of work inside complex organizations undergoing significant growth and change.  As VP of HR/Management Effectiveness at Fidelity Investments and as SVP of HR at Citizens Bank, Keli learned what really works, what really doesn’t, and how to navigate successfully through change.
