Kyla Bennett is New England director of Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility and also PEER’s director of science policy. She is a scientist and lawyer formerly with the Environmental Protection Agency, and she first became involved with PEER in the mid 1990s, when she was a whistleblower herself.
