Dr. Phil Budden is a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and diplomatic advisor to MIT’s Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (REAP). In two decades as a British diplomat, Budden focused on Britain's membership in the EU and, post-9/11, was posted to the British Embassy in Washington before serving as Consul General to New England.
