Phoebe Adams holds a master's degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a master's of social work from Salem State University where she graduated with honors, specializing in children and families. She has been practicing as an educational diagnostician and consultant since 1989, first at the Center for Children with Special Needs at Tufts Medical Center, and, for the past 13 years, in private practice. While at Tufts, she also directed and planned medical resident training in neurodevelopmental disabilities.
